Coaching
About coaching
Coaching is often defined by what it is not. It's not therapy or counselling. But what is it then?
Coaching is a method that helps and supports change, such as breaking negative thought and behaviour patterns, overcoming limiting beliefs and replacing them with new supportive and motivating alternatives.
The coach uses proven methods from modern management to move people so that both they and the organisation achieve new goals, greater joy and fulfilment.
Coaching can be used alone or in combination with therapeutic tools, for example in the treatment of stress and burnout.
Coaching is
Coaching is always a process. That is, a series of meetings with tasks for the focus person between meetings.
Meetings take place by appointment either in person at Peter Mark's office, at the focus person or via video or phone.
