Overview of services

Start by purchasing a service and make an appointment with the secretary during phone hours Monday to Thursday between 14:00 and 15:00 at 70 60 41 10.

ADHD and general assessment and treatment

If you suspect you have ADHD, we recommend that you purchase combination 1 with initial interview and ADHD assessment and medication initiation. If you do not need the entire package, you will be reimbursed according to the price list for individual services.

There are other combinations if you have already been assessed for ADHD and only want to start medication, or if you only want assessment without starting medication. If you want to be assessed for anxiety, stress, depression or other conditions, we recommend combination 2. If you want an assessment for autism alone or together with ADHD, combinations 5 and 6 can be used.

You can also start by purchasing a Starter Call and choose the treatment package afterwards in consultation with your doctor.

Payment and subsidies

You pay for private treatment yourself, but subsidies and reimbursements are available depending on health insurance group and insurance conditions.

 

Payment options

Payment is made prior to booking appointments and treatment. If invoicing to a third party via bank transfer, there is an administration fee of DKK 400.

Opportunities for grants

Health insurance

If you have health insurance, you can contact your insurance company and have them cover all or part of the treatment depending on the plan.

Health Insurance Denmark

If you are a member of Denmark (group 2), you can get a small subsidy per consultation.

Businesses can deduct the tax

If you have your own company or your employer will pay for the treatment, the cost can be deducted. Payment via invoice and bank transfer is made prior to the first consultation and is subject to an administration fee.

Health insurance group 2

If you are in health insurance group 2 in the public health insurance system, you can receive reimbursement for specialist treatment without referral. Municipalities have different practices for reimbursement of payments for specialists. Private psychiatrists cannot guarantee that your municipality will reimburse your expenses.

As a patient in group 2, you pay for the treatment yourself and can subsequently apply for reimbursement via your municipality's citizen service. 

If you want to switch to group 2, the switch will take effect no later than 14 days after the municipality has received your written request. If you want to switch back to group 1, this can happen after one year at the earliest.

Your GP should take over the treatment
If you have started medical treatment at Privatpsykiater, you need an appointment with a general practitioner who can take over your treatment once the course at Privatpsykiater is completed.

Single reimbursement for medicines

You can apply for a single reimbursement from medicine. Depending on price and CTR supplements Incidentally, it brings the price down. In the region of DKK 2400 per year. If you get the authorisation, it usually applies from the start of the medication and you can get a refund of some of the amount you have spent.
