- Requires completion of the Start interview within 3 months.
- An assessment and treatment programme consists of five conversations and two phone calls.
- The first three calls are 45 minutes long, while the last two calls are 20 minutes long and the two phone follow-ups are 15 minutes long.
- Issuing any prescriptions is included in the programme. At the end of the programme, written information is sent to your own doctor. Opinions and certificates are subject to an additional fee.
